Separation of All Things In Universe is Illusion
You did not fall from grace; no one did. For it is not possible. You and the Source Energy of All-That-Is, the Universe, God (if you will) are one. You will never NOT be one. The concept that man and God are separate is a fallacy. There is no separation, never was, never will be, and there is nothing you can do to ever cause it to be otherwise.
Yes, that means everyone, even murderers. And rapists and child molesters too. The worst of the worst in the world right alongside the best of the best and all of the rest of us; we are all extensions of that Source – like fingers of a hand; it is our very essence. We are but the physical extensions of the non-physical Source Energy of the Universe.
What then causes that feeling of separateness, that overwhelming sense of isolation? What causes fear, doubt, worry, and pain? What’s the source of all our problems, then? What causes evil in the world? It is, in a word: resistance.
We, with our egos and our sense of individuality, have the gift of our own unique perspective on this Time-Space existence we call Life. It is a gift bestowed upon us at birth, our nature, our birthright, while at the same time being the gift we have to give the Universe and All-That-Is itself (more on this in a moment).
We have the absolute freedom thought, to think what we want about what we perceive. Though we are all extensions of the same singular Source Energy, we each offer a unique perspective on the experience of being. And with this freedom, this gift, our birthright, comes its consequences (notice, incidentally, if you judge that word – Consequences – as positive or negative, then ask yourself why).
Whether or not we feel our connection to the fundamental force of all creation, whether our life experience is of having our fondest desires fulfilled or an unbroken string of disappointment, heartache, and pain, depends on whether we resist our inextricable oneness with All-That-Is or accept it and embrace it and allow it to be.
Think of it this way for a moment: Our physical bodies are immersed in air. Air is all around us and, more, it runs through every part of our bodies. We can agree that air is an inseparable part of us. So when we hold our breath, do we make that any less so? Are we any less immersed in air, is air any less a part of physical beings just because we decided to hold our breath? Of course not!
All we do when we hold our breath is cut off the free flow of air in and out of our bodies. If we hold it too long, we may feel discomfort, disorientation, and even pain. If we hold it long enough, we may simply pass out. And then what happens? We start breathing again.
Similarly, we can refuse to acknowledge our oneness with the Source, we can deny it, reject it, loathe it, resent it, rail against it, ignore it, and forget about it. We can do that so much for so long that we eventually experience the spiritual equivalent of total unconsciousness. What we CANNOT do, however, is separate ourselves from it. We can temporarily cut off the free flow of Source Energy that runs through us, but we can never make it any less a fundamental part of us.
